Emberhart is a mobile action game published by Mirza. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game or this website.
Information stored on your device
Emberhart stores campaign progress and preferences locally on your device. This can include completed levels, earned stars, Heartshards, unlocked and selected dragon styles, equipped powers, settings, best results, and ad-frequency state.
Emberhart does not require an account. The publisher does not receive this local save data, and the game does not operate its own player-data server.
Advertising
Emberhart uses Google AdMob to provide occasional interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between runs and optional rewarded advertisements for a revive or a post-run Heartshard bonus. Emberhart does not contain banner ads, paid currency, or in-app purchases.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK and its partners may process information such as IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and crash information. This information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, maintain security, and personalize ads where consent and applicable law allow.
Where required, Emberhart uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent before ads are loaded. Eligible choices can be reviewed later from Levels > Privacy > Manage Ad Privacy Choices in the game.

Data sharing and sale
The publisher does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as described above to operate advertising and related services.
Website data
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, account systems, or contact forms. The hosting provider may temporarily process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website.
Children
Emberhart is not directed to children under 13. The publisher does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The game’s Google Play target-audience declaration and advertising configuration will be kept consistent with this statement.
Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear Emberhart’s app storage or uninstall the game. Information handled by Google is subject to Google’s retention and deletion practices. Advertising controls are also available through your Android device and Google account settings.
Security
Data transmitted by Google’s advertising services is encrypted in transit. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the game and website, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
- Rewarded ads are optional. Declining them does not prevent normal play.
- Where available, use the in-game Privacy screen to review advertising choices.
- Manage or reset the Android advertising ID through device settings.
- Delete local progress by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling Emberhart.
